Thats a pretty wild statement right now. SGQ does not have a billion dollar plant and refinary or funding to get it done.
They have no agreement with shared use of infrastracture in the area either.
I think SGQ will just continue drilling and pushing the reserves size up until a big company comes and buys them out. And this is still a good scenerio for holders if the price is right.
