What SGQ has is a world class asset, in a world class location, next to 3 world class producing mines, with the same geology or carbonate as CBMM

Same rocks = same metallurgy = derisked
Same location = established infrastructure and workforce = derisked
Ultra High Grade REE + Niobium near surface = dual commodity play = derisked

Hence for me this is a no brainer so many ticks are already in place. Look forward to the drilling where we can achieve a huge resource. Either REE or Niobium since we have ultra high grade in both commodities.
