This is not speculation, the U.S. Embassy has opened direct talks, and SGQ has already joined Brazil’s MAGBRAS initiative aimed at building rare earths supply chains aligned with American demand.

On 25 July, SGQ secured a $5M capital raise at 13.1% ABOVE the 30-day VWAP, a rare show of confidence from sophisticated investors. This isn't just cash, it's a clear vote of belief in SGQ’s Araxá Project, which already boasts 40.64Mt @ 4.13% TREO and 41.2Mt @ 0.68% Nb₂O₅, putting it shoulder-to-shoulder with MP Materials' Mountain Pass in size and grade.

MP Materials recently received US$500M from Apple and US$400M equity investment from the DoD. And yet, MP's market cap is about A$17B, >160x larger than SGQ, despite holding similar resources. If investors believe the U.S. is serious about reshoring rare earths supply, SGQ may be the next logical recipient of that capital flow, given Brazil’s strategic alignment and SGQ’s advanced-stage asset.
