SGQ have managed to acquire the ARAXA Niobium Project which directly abuts CBMM which is valued at circa ~$20m USD and operates the largest niobium mine in the world controlling about 80% of global supply. SGQ has a big tenement in the same geological carbonatite with proven ultra high Niobium and REE grades from surface.
I don't know any ASX company with with intersections as thick and high grade as SGQ besides Lynas Rare Earths.
If we compare to WA1 we are basically one drilling program behind them and we are near producing mines not the middle of the desert like they are! also we have ultra high REE grades which they lack which means we have two commodities that can produce cashflow.
Niobium has been one of the only metals that prices have not had much volatility which is extremely critical and positive incase any financial crash - we would be safe.
Given CBMM $20 USD val, 10% of them would be $2B which would been many many multiples, for a conservative approach, my target is 20c which is $500m valuation. We already basically have more than 10% of CBMM land area and we know its open in all directions!!!
