A group of world class steel mills including Chinese, Japanese and POSCO had paid US$1.8 billion to buy 15% of CBMM in March 2011 and a second amount of US$1.95 billion to buy another 15% of CBMM in September 2011.
Possibly, one of the world class steel mills may agree to invest US$15 million to buy 15% of SGQ's project. US$15 million is less than 1% of US$1.8 billion.
