@McQuade "WTF did they buy it then?"

    Bingo!!
IMHO they deliberately left out everything about the old tailings dam, hoping it wouldn't be discussed or an issue. Incredibly naive!!
Remember all the presentation diagrams had the area 'open' to the East.

Towards the West where you drew your green circle, into the tenement further west, one of the luxury hotels is inside your circle and others are only 50-100m or so away from that circle. I still think they owners would be very much against an open cut mine that close, which might be why no existing resource from out there.

It would not surprise me at all that the delay in the 'notice of EGM' is all about large shareholders asking management the exact question you have asked, and are considering their options. If just some of them have reduced their support for continuing, the sale of another 750M shares would be 'difficult' to say the least.

I didn't think this project was going anywhere last year when doing my DD on WA1, it doesn't matter if SGQ own it or not, the same constraints apply to whoever owns it.

Do you really thing no other company that's owned this patch in the past, have not already investigated the green circled areas for high grade Niobium?? For them to have not investigated, would have been extremely foolish.

I don't get why you consider all past owners of this ground wouldn't have 'thought' that more was possible out west, but then not bothered to investigate it...
