Half of the infered resource is unaccessible and there's a 5.5%- 12.5% royalty attached to it. Funny what you can find when you dig deeper. Mau Capital Management purchased the project in 2008 from Extramil. The documents are a nightmare to find but I've got some.

If its too good to be true it probably isnt.

Why didn't management voice the issues about the royalty and include the whole MRE.

Why is half the inferred resource inaccessible?

My cursory diagram of the drill holes and the tailings dam is that 90% of the holes are nowhere near the dam (assuming that’s the reason).
