Below, is a $20.1M transaction for 41M units of SGR shares. Prices today have gone up by 5% at the highs.
Most times a stock that has a genuine seller will continually to go lower.
Other times, a stock with a genuine seller ALSO plays games in getting people to think it was a purchase, driving the price up on LOW volumes into an overhead level, before the big seller flushes it down again.
I do not know what any of this signifies as commenting on Day to Day price action on an overall extremely down trending chart will probably just annoy holders and myself also.
Only thing evident is the
DELAY IN DISCLOSURE as a Substantial Holder is/has exited out of their position. OR, IF a Substantial Holder from the 60c C.R is seeing a bit of value at 49c to average down, the markets STILL aren't informed on this either. So, it just sounds like poor integrity and credibility from "New Management".

I am most likely to be stop loss triggered as I am WAY too safe
I am most likely going to miss a good move to the downside
I am most likely going to regret having such small capital and not enough balls or patience
I am most likely going to take a LOSS on a stock thesis that's probably correct, just poorly timed
What I do is my own plan, and you should have yours folks! One of these days I just need 1 to turn out well and 25% to 50% of my lifetime losses will be recouped on 1 trade
