I mean I see what your point is, but in reality, is a dumb view point from the NICC. No business can sustain being regulated in isolation whilst everyone else in the same industry is not being regulated.
It's like asking Coles to regulate while Woolworth's dont have to, then expecting Coles to remain viable.
