Understand your post as to the increasing reliance on the SGR property, such as it is, after at least one property was hastily sold at near distressed levels, to expiate an impending accumulation of debt, thus reducing the SGR income base. Are you proposing an entire liquidation of all unencumbered SGR property assets, or what, sell and lease back? Not clear as to how you would utilise same when the entire Casino industry is undergoing major reform, brought on Governments at large and supported by the wider community, thus having a potential adverse impact on these so-called book values.
