    Zonker,

Seems to me that the lawyers are STILL desperate to get business.
If they are fairly certain of getting 30 -40 cents back to shareholders then why tout you with a letter asking you for $550 to act on your behalf.
One would think that they would get a far better response if they were to ask for a percentage of any return if they act for you.
Same old story, they just want blood.......$550 up front without any guarantees when you are probably looking at losses of thousands of $$$'s.
You can bet the $550 will be well costed out at $9.50 per photocopy, $25.00 per telephone call, $75 for a lunch break etc, etc.

I find it hard to believe that you have only just received the letter because I can tell you that I saw this letter more than six months ago. Despo's!!!
A friend showed it to me and asked me what I thought.

Sounds just like the mob that write to you to tell you that they have found some money that you have never claimed. They will try and recover it on your behalf but will need you to do all the work and then want fees, levies, plus + + then you get next to nothing.

Do yourself a big favour.....throw it in the bin!!
