Good post. Timeframe to hold is the major issue with SOG.

Do you think dividend will be maintained xerxes given recent troubles? Im my view historical SOG divvies are no longer reliable and future prospects are totally up in the air.

I wouldnt be buying for yield. SOG is back to a capital growth play in my view.

I wouldnt be SOG buying at all - in this market I cant see why anyone is willing to increase risk that high by holding SOG. It is risky enough being in the market in the first place.

Xerxes you seem knowledgeable of gold shares (mining anlayst?) therefore your knowledge of Tarmoola geotechnical issues may provide a more informed view and give an edge against the rest the market. The market is certainly spooked.
