Clearly, it's the same old story! Happens all too often.

The only winners as always are the administrators.

If they are not administering the affairs of a large company such as SGW was, then it will be some small tin pot corner store (prolonging the whole wind up procedure) and when nothing is left to pay them (the administrators) it then becomes wind up time.
