Elliot, this would be a large scale commercial above ground plant likely using technology similar to this:

Being large scale, commercial and above ground this is different to what Linc has achieved to date but I'm sure they would like an opportunity to do a big commercial project in the future.

I would think that a successful smaller scale commercial operation needs to happen (South Africa Exxaro most likely) and meet/exceed spec figures and project  and operational budget numbers over a few years before someone would throw $10B at Linc for a large scale operation.
