My tip BPAA is that the next major announcement from NEN will be to advise the market that they have completed a successful capital raising by issuing a couple of hundred million shares at 20c each to institutions and sophisticated investors. The capital raising at 30c to the same parties recently is in my opinion what destroyed confidence in the company so another one at a further reduced price certainly won't help things a great deal.
