Does anyone with even a vestige of a brain REALLY believe that had sanctions been lifted and had SH re-started his programmes (as even this in-depth study clearly show his intention were to do...)
...that in a few years or so...the threat he would have posed
- NOW ARMED WITH NUCLEAR AND BIO/CHEM WEAPONS...
...would have been far far greater than it was this time around??????
And then....
.....the same thing would have had to be done as we are doing now but with casualties in multiples and factors of what we have had to date!
