The root problem here I would say is the humungous amount of shares on issue. The "stay in business at all costs whilst we diversify into some cash flow stuff" has taken its toll...when the company is worth what it should be worth we will have had to have had a significant buy back take place once or thrice. There are better bets out there and the market knows it. The hype has gone out of Range...the story has been long and hey the bottom drawer is the place to keep a few just so you can be on them if/when they finally, finally come good. Its a yawn now...Puntland is a big place and the majors don't want a bar of the joint...I wonder why?
