Mate, a few things. First, look at details...if you look at my avatar Alfa is spelled correctly (Alfa Romeo - I'm a car guy). Second, this is my only user name on here.
Third, if you are so worried about opinions in this forum, I'd be very worried about the response Experienced_Inv posted. This is their ONLY post on HC and the info posted indicates they are some kind of insider. You do not want company insiders wasting time like that....hopefully, your stake in DTS is not that big. Way too many red flags.
Fourth (and last), capital raises are ok, but the rate at which DTS burned through money previously means that this CR would have to be substantial to keep them as a going concern for the year. If you do a basic financial analysis, you will see they raised capital because they HAD TO. They literally were running out of cash quickly. For this CR, pay attention to what price the new investor(s) got in at and understand how it will dilute your shares.
