    It's a shame this offer was announced because the share price is now linked to 1/10 of MAK . If the offer had not been announced we may have seen the price improve to around 10c. This is my observation since i hold many sec stock and they have recovered from their lows.
    The Market Values the stock in accordance to the offer , this is a same !
