I hate to say it but you're right. Could I make a Suggestion that you all ring VPE and lodge a protest with the board. It's not in the interest of shareholders when one does a capital raising prior to options being exercised. I have other company's I can invest in that have given me far greater return over the years and in this case I may not take on their offer at all. Company's that treat their shareholders with disrespect don't deserve your money. Pity I can't display my true sentiment!!
