great in theory but the options (as issued to reward the loyal shareholders :-) ) expire in Jan. This is my massive issue with the cap raising - the timing means option holders get shafted!

A serious company would have received in the cash from the options being exercised in Jan, used that cash (plus cash on hand already) to 'explore and rapid development' and if necessary gone back to the market at that time i.e. mid / late next year i.e at higher share price.

JK = no regard for current holders - dilute the crap out of a company that was finally showing some prospects after decades of under delivering.
