But hold on there for a second, 618, according to Tui this is all hunkydory, and DHJ can do no wrong.
But seriously, I sometimes really do wonder if all of this is legal. After all, all these placement shenenigans do transfer value from of the previous holders to the 'sophisticated' investors, without the approval of the original holders.
Of course it will be legal, as I guess that DHJ commissions a legal firm to work out all these 'placements'. The irony of course is that the legal cost is probably also paid for by those original holders who have their shares subsequently devalued.
