I believe this is a great opportunity to buy, If you are a holder of a small number of share and have cash on hand you can buy $15k worth at 30 cents no fees, you can also buy on market at say up to 40cents and with $average have a large number of shares in the mid 30's. Great way to get ahead, when price goes back up, which in my view it will.
