A fund raising at these prices and this time makes no sense. Why not wait a few months when further clinical data is released so the big boys would be interested at much higher prices.

The directors have almost no skin in the game and did not participate in the last SPP. There is no statement saying they will take up shares now which would be seen as a strong signal to the market.

Perhaps we should have directors prepared to make substantial investments instead of only pulling fat paychecks.
