RIO repegged the ground as a ML why? because under the Act they could not apply for a new EL

what does this all mean.....check with DOIR, check with RIO they will all tell you the same thing. RIO EL's are no longer valid (partial compliance, does not equate to compliance). RIO has no claim to those expired EL's

you are arguing the wrong issue - is has to come down to (according to s.111A) the private commercial interests of Rio = the public interest of WA

if attempting make a case at least make the right one
