Having held shares in a company that used the Singapore Court of Arbitration - and went broke because the court ruled against them - in a case that should have had the opposite verdict to any logical human being, I don't think that is necessarily an improvement @stocktalker. It is a costly exercise and takes years for any case to be heard - and there is no appeal mechanism allowed.
