I see it this way regardless of who it is.
My business signs angreement to buy my product up to 40% of my annual production, whether they need it or not they are locked in.
I am charging them the market price give or take a few % on the scale of things. In a normal business you would be giving a pretty good discount to your biggest customer.
So currently shagang would be buying 1 million tons, at current prices approx thats 350 million per annum and we are arguing over a few million which in the scale of things is saying we lost a $2 to buy a cheeseburger.
