I voted AGAINST on all 3 resolutions . . . but that does not mean I am talking down the stock . . . far from it, I think Grange is an excellent investment.
I only wear one hat around here and that is as a shareholder and as a shareholder I am looking for the very best return I can get.
I appreciate Shagang wears 2 hats, one as a shareholder and one as a buyer of pellets.
If I were a buyer I would expect some discount if I were to purchase 1 million tonnes of pellets . . . but I am not a buyer and any discount comes out of my pocket.
Whether or not Shagang gets a discount is of minor conseqence and definetly not a deal breaker . . . Grange remains an excellent investment.
