the $25m odd proposed continuing discount could be an additional 2c dividend for all shareholders.
BoD have held back providing SH's a fair share of profit but have provided Shagang these huge discounts but want it increased and locked in .
They have been managing the company contrary to shareholder interests to Bias Shagang.
Hopefully ASIC and ASX might be able to level the playing field .
