I note in the ann they state that the CEO of Golden River is Joe Gutnick.
Refer his previous relationship with Plutonic ...ie couldnt remember myself but a friend confirmed it was joe that sold the ground to Plutonic.
And now whilst the founders of Plutonic were in MOU with Acadian, all of a sudden Joe's now involved...
Very interesting...I don't believe in coincidences.
