10 cents perhaps...but the way the share price is moving could be a bit higher before the funds are raised, im thinking raising at either 11 or 12 cents. Again may still be higher depending on news flow in next 2 weeks.
I'm sure Passport Capital would love to come in as a cornerstone with a $10million placement at a premium at get a sizeable chunk of the company
