At these levels, BLY is priced as a failure. The capital raising has resolved the debt issue. The company has started it's restructuring.

All those who took up the rights issue believe the company will prosper. There are many.

There are not a lot of companies left on the ASX, after the past 8 -10 week run, that still offer such a low risk entry, as BLY. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth.

I am a buy in the 20's.
