Actually Kengaiki your post is the one that is misleading. The number of shares directly relates to the share price and both directly relate to the market capitalisation. In the end, the market cap is one of key figure to decide on whether to invest in this case. The reference to EPS in this situation is errorneous, because as you are aware eps for BLY is pretty much zero ($3M profit last FY).
4,300,000,000 x .275c = $1.182B market capitalisation
so here you are buying into a company for $1.182B thats making $3M a year.
At a 40c share price, the market cap is $1.72B
Calculations here make more sense than some blind one line ramps talking about how it is going to "soar" to 40c. laughable. and why? But it will. At least CL27 acknowledges that it is rotten now and doing his dough.
Surprised it is back at 27.5c, after the daytrader 3 day run?
This is a SELL if you prefer to use a calculator than wishful thinking.
