Thx guys for your posts, especially kengaikl, as I believe yours was most accurate.
First of all Roadkill you make a good point about dilution. Considered on its own ,the value of the share price has just been slashed by around 60 %. However , we are talking about a company whose share price 1 year ago was over $2. At that time they had substantial debt to carry and yet held a healthy sp until gfc.
The current forecasts may appear to be thin but with substancially less financial pressure a company's growth is significantly synergised. Remember, a company's sp is very much based on potential. This SP will not see under 25 cents for a very long time and I believe it to be an excellent l/t buy. You dont want to be buying in when potential is realised. )
