    someone was selling 9mil at .27 shares 1 min ago...11mil traded in first min. Is this normal?

    Seems strange that people would sell off at or araound .27 in view of the cap raising.

    Any comments on how the instos taking up the offer will act now that it appears most will not take up the offer?
