Some results from wells on the BRISCOE ranch Dimmit county:

LAZY A COTULLA M3H - IP 1115 boepd (Consisting of 1020 bopd + 35 bbls of NGL + 0.3 mmcfd) - CUTLASS WEST A #1 well is located 10mi from this well

BLAKEWAY UNIT B 1H - IP 1420 boepd (Consisting of 1200 bopd + 90 bbls of NGL + 0.8 mmcfd) - CUTLASS WEST A #1 well is located 8mi from this well

Now considering that terrace advised, in their operation update, on the 7th Aug, that;

"The Eagle Ford section in this well is comparable to the best quality wells drilled by several major companies in the immediately surrounding area",

I am inclined to assume that we have something very special on our hands.... IMHO
