Does anyone have any idea of when Terrace Energy would likely give the flow rate of the EF Cutlass Horizontal well that we have a percentage holding in?
Acreage was first off the block and highlight the news.
As per Terraces announcement – It was a major Eagle Ford discovery, & The Eagle Ford section in this well is comparable to the best quality wells drilled by several major companies in the immediately surrounding area; it also came in below budget. They anticipate production by early October, but would be know what the flow rates are before then….I don’t suppose GGP will pass on the info..
You have to give SG some credit though, the EF area looks to be a cracker –
“Upon conclusion of the drilling phase of the Cutlass West #1A well, the rig was repositioned to the eastern portion of the project leasehold in order to drill the Cutlass East #1 evaluation well. This well has just reached total depth and extensive petrophysical analysis is currently underway. Results to date, including mudlogs and field observations of the conventional cores indicate that the Eagle Ford exhibits very similar qualities to the excellent results seen in the Cutlass West #1A well. Additional hydrocarbon indicators similar to those observed in the Cutlass West #1A have been observed throughout the deeper section as well. These preliminary results are especially significant, given the distance between these initial wells of approximately 9 miles.”
I read an article from ConocoPhilips stating – “On average, Eagle Ford wells are producing 1,285 barrels of oil equivalent per day” apparently The Eagle Ford section in this well is comparable to the best quality wells drilled by several major companies in the immediately surrounding area
