Here is a start, >$100m harvested from investors, no processing plant, no mining plan, no one stepping up to drop the substantial capital to get going (if the asset was as good as they say why aren't the big boys trying to buy them out or CTO mining right now at a great gold price), a number of dodgy deals, having to go overseas to do share placements to raise cash.
