La Rochelle was operating as a separation facility for many years but I think the T word became a little problematic.
They've announced the restart of the entire circuit, the last were due last month, ostensibly for recycling (but with an announcement that recycling was not going to be profitable) so the coincidental timing strongly suggests to me toll separation of LAMP SEG/HRE.
Why not ring Lynas and leave a message for Eric and see if you can get a contact at La Rochelle. Apart from your magnets you might find out something interesting.
