China is continuing to run down its capital base ...The USA is not much better ..most economies have so heavily subsidised the "Great Leap Backward" that their capital structures are in great need of Artificial Intelligence ...But Will they listen if the Artificial Intelligence tells them to Stop Subsidising the Green Machine or will they continue until it bends and breaks economies ..I think the answer is we will carry on..Will it all end in tears through massive misallocation of capital distorting the world's Capital Base and will we like lemmings rush over the Cliff Edge ...all that remains to be seen?

Can the World Banking System survive yet another onslaught of unbridled stupidity...of the massive build up of industries supporting the Green Machine...like yet another Tulip Mania of 1636/1637 or the 1926 Florida property bust of 1926 and the US market mania of 1929 and the world unemployment repercussions until the mid 1930's leading to the Second World War ...or like the Internet Bubble of 2000 ...are we facing yet another misallocation of capital like the subprime fiasco that supported massive amounts of excess property ..and the fiasco of selling very low quality paper debt to support it ..Subprime debt that drove the world Financial system into almost a state of collapse ..A Massive Misallocation of capital ...not a new phenomenon...and I believe we are in the middle of a massive misallocation ...now in the Green Machine

China is experiencing a horrific property collapse again through massive misallocation into over a hundred million extra homes and soon the Chinese Electric Car Industry may collapse as they attempt to dump millions of cheap electric cars ( heavily Government Subsidised) into the USA and the rest of the world..where they will be met for the most part in Europe and the USA with huge tariffs to protect home grown industries....the Chinese economy faces large hurdles ahead.

Yet on we go creating more and more bubbles and then instead of allowing them to collapse and a very slow reset and a rethink on the stupidity and a gradual move to reallocation ...the Governments step in and pump in yet more money ...building up mountains of debt in every country...just pump in more money.

The Trillion dollar question ..Will the Green Machine lead us to that final bubble ..that my friends remains to be seen..will this "Great Leap Backward" finally be the last straw that breaks the camels back as we are led down that ever costly road to the everlasting bonfire of the Vanities... or will they waken up in time????

My own belief is that the "Cost of Energy " Will cause a reset and the need to expand massively the use of Coal,Oil and Gas at rapidly increasing prices...Wind and Solar alone cannot do the job of Greater Green Machine requirements and more and more energy for Data Centres for feeding Artificial Intelligence . This rise in costs will drive the price structure forward to eventually encourage the adoption of Modular Reactors and more uranium usage.
In the mean time and for years ahead this ever increasing demand for energy will create a greater use of Coal.oil and Gas at ever rising prices.

Great points me Lord.

A good start would be every one, every where to stop voting for 'Green' and 'lefty' political parties. And, if a right leaning party, goes green left soft in the head, like Turnbull did with the Libs, vote those SOBs out too!

At the end of the day, we the people need to vote for pro business, pro real energy, smaller govt parties.

If we don't, the next crash will be the biggest ever, I fear.
