Absolutely agree Karl.
Messrs Capper has very deep pockets. He/She/It appears to have a significant holding as has been demonstrated over the past 2 weeks or so. (I also note that you do not see the 'capping' shares in the market ... they are fed into the market in realtime as and when required to hold the price. (I think Rayz will vouch for this))
I repeatedly ask myself the following question:
"Why would you, if you were such a major holder, want to keep the price down rather than let it run up and profit from that rise .... "
I know that I appear to be talking to myself, but the only sensible answer I keep coming up with is that Mr Capper's endgame involves having a tilt at ownership/control via a takeover offer - that to me seems the only rational reason for this 'longer term' capping the price.
Oh that we had the ability to trace the transactions back to their source ...
