Notification to the market of a substantial holding is at 5% ... but i don;t think that is necessarily pertinent in what I think we are seeing ...

If Messrs Capper does in fact exist (and is not a figment of my imagination) then he/she/it could actually legitimately borrow the shares from brokers to sell into the market ... (short selling) ... so the 5% holding notification doesn't come into play. (i.e in his own right, at any point in time, he does not control >= 5% of the issued share capital of CTP.)

IMO anyway
