I’m actually referring to both, mainly because I believe they making the same statement.
The Neuren later statement doesn’t actually specify anything, it just states that Acadia has first rights of negotiation.
I’m just a bit puzzled by specific wording of the first Acadia worded Ann then a non specific Neuren Ann.
For instance, Neuren could approach Acadia now and say we want $500m upfront for ROW, They’re told to go elsewhere so they do, unethical but still within the terms of what has been released.
