That remains to be seen. The technical traders will be happy as the .72 > .74 gap has been closed but the price hasn't collapsed. I think many expect that this stock will have positive news in the very near future - just depends how low you think it can go before you take a position. If the .71 support holds it would be a very bullish sign.
