It is them.. But no mention of UK assets..Only refers to US acquisitions.
My gut feel is US has fallen over and they are now looking in their own backyard..
Based on the "About Us" page info looks like the US acquisition would have brought with it management experts in the O&G field so without this we may have a couple of money men behind Shale Energy with no expertise..Therefore a farm out will be on the cards to exploit the new acquisition from Eden..IMO
I have emailed them for more info on Texas and directors. I will post if I get an answer.
