Denial,
9TCF of gas is "gas in place". It is not what flows to the surface - it's in the ground. GIP needs to become "recoverable gas". Generally the rule of thumb is that 10% - 15% of GIP becomes recoverable or flows to surface. So thats slightly less than 1TCF -1.5TCF.
Either way, even with those numbers it's a company maker.
I would expect the company to add more acres before they completed that well.
