Also noticed on TV today (not sure what channel) that santos were running some ads about shale gas/fraccing in the cooper basin and that they want to work with the community re: fraccing issues/sensitivity etc.

Seems the veil has been lifted some more on shale gas and its commercial potential/realisation.

All good for NWE, particularly if they can prove up a large resource.

Re Cross promotion. Well its not imo. There's no 'shale gas' forum to discuss the sector, and discussing how the market responds/reacts to STO and its shale progress is definitely relevant to NWE and worth following.
