Good old "Buy the rumor, sell the fact".

"fact" was released yesturday - no JV was announced - no matter your opinion of this, be it NWE is working for a better deal for holders or they're slacking it and are looking for any excuse as to why no JV is present - the traders are getting out of NWE and looking for the next trading target.

Depends on how you want to play this game - short or long term really.

Short - get out and move on.

Long - just ignore the blip as the chart will continue it's climb over time...
