    The key is the mprda regulations , once this is finalised the exploration awards will follow.The fracking regulations are ready.

    The minister has said the need to finalise the mprda is urgent so let's see what comes out in a few weeks,There is some speculation that a separate oil and gas bill is being drafted.The main point is the regulations are being made more investor friendly so that's good news for CEL and should reflect in an even better farm in,
