Igas went up over 140 initially, now 117. I suspect someone might have brought in to sell down igas to deliberately depress dte, or make the igas deal appear less attractive. An all cash offer over 20c now looks better than this deal, wouldnt be surprised if something like that comes out of the wood work. And we are due for the independent report on how beneficial the igas deal is for dte shareholders.
